How it works
Three screens.
That is the whole system.
A drive runs on these three and nothing else. It plays by itself — pick one to stop on it.
On their own phone
Their whole day, on one screen.
The QR opens straight to the drive. They pick a role, upload a resume, and answer only what the resume did not already answer — then this is what they watch. No app, no account, no asking at the desk.
- Token number, how many are ahead, and roughly when they will be called
- Which round they have reached, and which they have cleared
- Works on a mid-range Android over patchy plant-gate data
- A resume we cannot read never blocks the candidate

End of the day
One file holds all of it.
A spreadsheet of every candidate, their contact details, every round and verdict, and current, expected and agreed salary — alongside a folder with every resume, named by token number.
